Chef Val has decades of experience (dating back to when she was just 15 years old) in a variety of professional kitchens … from fine dining and banquets to casual cafés, corporate and personal chef jobs to full-service catering for both personal and corporate events. She’s worked in and managed them all. And now you get the benefit of all her experience going into the delicious meal you’ll be serving at your event.
